What are your favorite subjects to tattoo / what would you like to do more of?

I love to tattoo faces combined with hands and typography. All of my illustrations are dealing with thoughts of self discovery and inner conflicts that arose from depression.
The focus of my art is on confrontation, as well as the ironic presentation of the existential difficulties of our current life.
I prefer tattooing flash designs cause that makes it easier for me to let my creativity run free and work without the pressure that the customer has to like the design.

How did you start tattooing and what drove you to pursuit?

After my graphic design graduation, I studied communication science for three years. I thought I would only be worth something if I had a high degree. So for a long time I squeezed myself into something that I couldn't fit into.
At this time I was depressed, unmotivated and lost about my future. Then I met a tattooist who opened my eyes to the fact why wasting my time doing a job that doesn't bring me satisfaction or joy. She saw my illustrations and kicked my ass to start tattooing. She believed in me and I somehow found my motivation again.
Shortly thereafter I dropped out of college and threw myself into tattooing. It was destiny!

What inspires you?

my depression lol
watching Anime
being in nature
literature
drunken late night conversations with friends

What are 3 small things that make you happy?

taking a bath
coffee dates with friends
looking at the stars

How can people book a tattoo with you and do you have a (semi) permanent location?

I run my own studio with colleagues in munich in Germany. Just write me a DM on instagram or a mail to hello@typoholic.de
When everything is safer again, i would like to travel more and do guestspots all over the world.

Dazzling dilemmas

  • Burp confetti OR fart glitter
Burp confetti or always confetti when someone talks bullshit lol
  • You can only tattoo with your non-dominant hand OR you’re only able to tattoo freehand on the skin
that is difficult. But I think I would rather learn to tattoo with my left hand.
  • Always have wet socks OR always wear a clown suit
Wet socks, I'm afraid of clowns lol
  • You can only tattoo with red ink OR you’re only able to tattoo people who can touch their nose with their tongue
  • Only be able to whisper OR only be able to shout
    silence is better than bullshit

No right no wrong

  • Comedy OR horror
  • Ability to go invisible OR ability to read minds
Go invisible, I am already overwhelmed with my own thoughts
  • Night OR day
light of the day, silence of the night
  • Hand poked OR machine tattoos
Machine! Never tried hand poke, I'm far too impatient for that
  • Chair OR table
    for sure a comforTABLE chair!
